November 03. 2014 5:06PM Downtown merchants to discuss EID An Economic Improvement District and what it means to revitalization efforts will be the topic of a gathering of the Metro Medford Downtown Association at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5. The session will be held in the second-floor conference room of the Woolworth Building, 33 N.
