I've seen news reports from other states saying this is the case. — Tim, Medford   In Oregon, one first-class stamp — the ones that say "Forever" on them — will be satisfactory, Tim.  We've seen some of those reports. The Seattle Times reported three Washington state counties had ballots that required two stamps, but it's different here. "In Oregon, you only need one," Jackson County Clerk Chris Walker told us. The Oregon Secretary of State website says rumors circulating on social media are driving this myth "due to the size of this year's ballot." You can save on that stamp altogether, Tim, by putting your ballot in one of the 24-hour ballot drop boxes, including one at the Jackson County Elections Office, 1101 W. Main St. in Medford.
