Medford police arrested Ray Tuesday on felony charges of strangulation constituting domestic violence and coercion and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Kyle Wayne Crandell, 30, of the 1400 block of Flower Street, Medford. eagle Point police arrested Crandell Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Marijuana — Padyn Daniel Dineen, 31, of the 1100 block of Comet Avenue< Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dineen Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing a marijuana item, delivering and possessing heroin, aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree trespassing and contempt of court for violating a restraining order, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in jail Wednesday on $132,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Hanna Lynn Westfall, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Westfall Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.
