Emergency services, Aug. 24 Aug 24, 2017 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Sexual Abuse — Bradley Lawrence Garibay, 41, of the 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Garibay on felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual penetration. Garibay was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $150,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Jeramie Lee Shilts, 27, of the 2600 block of Sherman Avenue, North Bend. Jackson County Sheriff's Department arrested Shilts Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Arik Lee Boucher, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Boucher Tuesday on felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged into jail on $10,000 bail. Assault — Brittany Ann Hillman, 27, of the 100 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hillman on felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of driving under influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was lodged in jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Assault — Shania Lokelani Uyehara, 20, of the 8100 block of Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County Sheriff's Department arrested Uyehara Wednesday on felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charge of assault, harassment and endangering. She was lodged into jail on $22,500 bail. Drugs — Sarah Renee Brown, 26, no known address. Brown appeared in court Wednesday for felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. Criminal Mischief — Ryan Burns Richie, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Richie Wednesday on felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and second-degree theft. He was lodged into jail on $17,500 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 500 block of Rossanley Drive. Medford police took a report of a burglary to a business at 6:57 a.m. Tuesday. The damage to a glass door and a tile floor was estimated at $7,000. Theft — 1000 block of Peachwood CT. Medford police took a report of a theft at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday. A metal detector, 1,200-yard range finder, a GPS and 300 bullets were reported stolen. The loss was estimated at $1,900. Theft and vandalism — 2400 block of W. Main Street. Medford police responded to a report of stolen music CDs, an Igloo ice chest, six-packs of beers and a vandalized motor vehicle. The loss and damage was estimated at $1,356. Theft — 100 block of Mace Road. Medford police took a report on theft from motor vehicle at 8:37 a.m. Wednesday. Personal hand tools, a sprayer and drill were reported stolen from a vehicle. The loss was estimated at $3,100.
