Mt. Ashland opens December 10th with PLENTY of snow! By Blake Helmken Updated: Dec 09, 2022 01:01 PM A A A blizzard enveloped Mount Ashland Thursday morning just ahead of the 9 a.m. Dec. 10 opening day for this year’s ski and snowboard season. Snow flying sideways added to an already voluminous alabaster carpet. From the parking lot, the lodge was lost with the rest of the horizon in a fog of blinding white. With all this snow and more on the way, it is going to be a good season on the mountain.
