Emergency services, Jan. 27 Saturday Jan 27, 2018 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Identity Theft — Susan V. Arreola-Martin, 67, of Stockton, California. Medford police arrested Arreola-Martin Thursday on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree possessing a forged instrument, and on a misdemeanor count of attempted first-degree theft. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday. Assault — Jennifer Ann Moit, 31, of the 600 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Moit Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and on misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Sexual Abuse — Peter Andrew Gaddis, 26, no known address. On Friday, Gaddis made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of second-degree sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Laura Kristin Earl, 58, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Earl Friday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Friday on more than $1 million bail. Vehicle Theft — Richard Estrada Jr., 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Estrada Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $43,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 200 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included 15 packs of Newport cigarettes and cash. The loss and damage to wall siding was valued at $360. Burglary — 200 block of Genessee Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 3:55 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included Whip-its nitrous oxide canisters, and damage was reported to a safe, a wall and a window. Theft — 3500 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medord police took a report of stolen hardware at 8:13 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $260. Theft — 5600 block of Aerial Heights Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 8:18 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a tile Saw, a Porter Cable drill kit, buckets of hand tools, two levels, a straight edge tool set and a grinder wheel. The loss was valued at $1,700. Theft — 700 block of Welch Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen home-built trailer at 11:18 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $2,000. Theft — 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:24 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a Kenwood subwoofer, a faceplate for a Kenwood car stereo, Oakley sunglasses and two Gerber knives. The loss was valued at $590. Vandalism — 600 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 11:55 a.m. Thursday.  An antique building light was reported stolen, and a wall was reported damaged. The loss and damage was valued at $450.
