Oregon State Police troopers arrested Rock Wednesday on an additional felony charge of first-degree possession of a forgery instrument. Rock was arrested Monday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He remained in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Robbery — Nicholas Ryan Brod, 19, of the 3000 block of Tahitian Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Brod Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree theft, possession of greater than 4 ounces of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $504,000 bail. Robbery — Jesse Eugene Howe, 18, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Howe on felony charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree theft and possession of greater than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Alyce Deann Patee, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Patee Tuesday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and for failure to appear on a previous heroin possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released due to overcrowding. Drugs — Fernando Mesta, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Mesta Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released due to overcrowding. Drugs — Matthew Wade Hartman, 32, of the 4600 block of Pensacola Street, Shasta Lake, Calif. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Hartman Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $29,000 bail. Court Appearance — Charles Kerr Naylor, 46, no known address. On Wednesday, Naylor made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Richard Eric Zimmerman, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Zimmerman Wednesday on a felony charge of meth possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and and out-of-county warrant charging parole violation on a previous meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Assault — Hector Sanchez-Navarro, 32, no known address. Central Point police arrested Sanchez-Navarro Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree assault, attempted murder, unlawful use of a weapon and for parole violation on a previous meth-distribution charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Christopher Robin Ostvik, 32, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Ostvik Wednesday on a felony heroin possession charge. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Court Appearance — Ashley Nichole Rogers-Brown, 28, of the 200 block of Van Ness Avenue, Ashland. On Wednesday, Rogers-Brown made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of second-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Megan Lea Holmes, 31, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Holmes Wednesday on a felony charge of meth possession, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and for a parole violation on a previous meth-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $35,000 bail. Drugs — Jayson Robert Hagey, 45, of the 200 block of Dunthorpe Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Hagey on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for failure to appear on contempt charges. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $18,000 bail. Sex Offender — Eli Joseph Odell, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Odell Wednesday on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender, and for parole violation on a previous charge of first-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Bennett Avenue, Medford. The thief allegedly pried open the vehicle's T-top glass and stole a Garmin GPS, music CDs and the glass roof piece. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $2,050. Theft — Medford police took a report of a theft from a vehicle at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of South Peach. Items reported stolen included a Stihl leaf blower, Stihl weed trimmer, Stihl hedge trimmer and a gas can. The loss was valued at $1,200.
