Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend December 14, 2005 Emergency services Felony arrests Identity theft — Andrew Franklin Harris, 19, of the 3900 block of Francine Court, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Harris on charges of identity theft and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Benjamin Gordon Evenson, 48, of the 3400 block of Avenue C, White City. Evenson appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Forgery, theft — Stephanie Ann Hargis, 22, no known address. Hargis appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Amanda Katherine Leroy, 26, of the 2600 block of Rosewood Street, Medford. Leroy appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Lori Denise Lawton, 45, of the 500 block of South Grape Street, Medford. Lawton appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Donald Bryan Carr, 23, of the 300 block of Edwards Street, Medford. Carr appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and endangering a minor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Ashley Renee Sesock, 22, of the 300 block of Edwards Street, Medford. Sesock appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and endangering a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Rosie Marie Hodder-Cleamons, 44, of the 2300 block of Cloverlawn Road, Grants Pass. Hodder-Cleamons appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of second-degree theft, first-degree theft, four counts of negotiating bad checks and third-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Daniel Lester Teffeteller, 49, of Olympia, Wash. Teffeteller appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Christopher Lee McNew, 18, of the 400 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Medford police Tuesday arrested McNew on charges of identity theft, credit card fraud and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Forgery — Darren Daniel Dryzal, 38, no known address. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Dryzal on charges of first-degree forgery and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $11,000 bail.
