Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bennett Sunday on one charge of rape in the first degree. He was booked into jail and held on $250,000 bail. DUI — Immanuel Lee Byrne, 33, of the 6000 block of Dodge Road, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Byrne Saturday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants with prior convictions, reckless driving, hit and run on a vehicle with property damage and criminal mischief in the second degree. He was booked into jail Saturday and released on bail Sunday. Unauthorized use — Jeffrey Adam Todd, 33, of the 2700 block of Heritage Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Todd Sunday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday. Weapon — Tony Ray Willey, 34, of the 500 block of Briarwood Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Willey Saturday on one charge of felon possessing a restricted weapon and on warrant for an alleged parole violation. He was booked into jail and held without bail.
