Medford police arrested Kummerfeld Monday on charges of possession of drugs and probation violation. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Tuesday night without bail. Drugs — Michael Vincent Delco, 27, of the 2400 block of Falcon Street, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Delco on Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night without bail. Drugs — Michael Benjamin County, 38, of the 3700 block of Princeton Way, Medford. Ashland police arrested County on Tuesday on charges of possession and manufacture of cocaine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $15,000 bail. Assault — Debra Lyn Forsyth, 48, of the 400 block of East Vilas Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Forsyth on Tuesday on a charge of third-degree assault. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $25,000. Theft — Shawna Dawn Stanley, 30, of the 400 block of Alder Street, Central Point. Stanley appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on Tuesday on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — Carolyn Kane, 40, of the first block of Elm Street, Medford. Kane appeared in Circuit Court on Tuesday on an indictment charging her with possession of heroin. She was booked into jail and released. Emergency call Near drowning — Emigrant Lake. Jackson County Fire District No. 5 and sheriff’s department responded to the lake’s swimming area around 7:25 p.m. A 16-year-old boy from Medford tired while swimming and went under. A relative held him up until a bystander fetched a raft to take the teen to shore. He was taken to Providence Medford Medical Center to be checked after his ordeal.
