Brothers arrested after Prospect pizzeria burglary WHITE CITY � Jackson County sheriff�s deputies have arrested two brothers suspected of burglarizing a Prospect pizza parlor last month. According to Deputy Colin Fagan, Mark Lewis Radley, 24 and James Clayton Radley, 22, were each charged with second-degree burglary and lodged in jail this week for their suspected involvement. On Dec. 17, deputies responded to a report that Prospect Pizza, 51 Mill Creek Drive, had been robbed. Fagan said the culprits had broken in through a back door and stolen beer, coins from an arcade game and other odds and ends. The total value of stolen property was estimated at $120, and damages were $230 to the back door and arcade game. "It wasn�t a big crime, but it is to the people of Prospect who have been hit with a lot of burglaries in that area recently," Fagan said. "We�ve been working on this case since that time." From the beginning, deputies suspected the Radley brothers, Fagan said, along with their younger sister, who is now residing in Washington. According to reports, Fagan said the trio was forced to leave the restaurant on the evening of the burglary after they allegedly became very intoxicated. "We knew who did it, we just needed to connect the case with the suspect," Fagan said. Thursday, Mark Radley, of 2666 Ave. A, was arrested and lodged in jail. Mark Radley also had a warrant for probation violation (first-degree theft). "(Mark) ultimately confessed to the crime," Fagan added. James Radley, of 7655 Garrison Avenue, No. 4, was arrested Friday. Fagan said an ongoing investigation may link the two Radley brothers to other crimes in Prospect.
