Balanced scoring helps Eagles top Cougars Dec 22, 2016 12:00 AM A A EAGLE POINT — Jax Bell led four players in double figures as the Eagle Point boys basketball team used its defensive pressure to stymie Illinois Valley in an 86-23 victory at Eagle Point on Thursday. Bell dropped in 15 points and Joseph McHugh 13 for the Eagles (4-3) who capitalized on steals by getting out in transition.
