McAndrews Road. Hillah Shriners are using Fyr-Fyter as a fund-raiser. Please spread the word. The money the Shriners raise helps the kids we treat though money given to the families for transportation costs to hospitals. — Steven P., Brookings Thanks, Steven. We’re happy to help out. In addition to old cell phones, Fyr-Fyter also takes empty toner and inkjet cartridges in the name of Hillah. The flier you enclosed also says anyone who visits Printpal.com and enters the rewards code "Hillah" when ordering replacement ink and toner cartridges for computer printers gets a 10 percent order discount — and a 10 percent premium is paid to Shriners. The flier also says the cell phones and ink and toner cartridges can be dropped off at the Hillah Shrine, 955 N. Phoenix Road, Medford. More information is available by calling 774-1305. So, readers, do yourself, your community and the environment a favor and recycle these items! Send questions to "Since You Asked," Mail Tribune Newsroom, P.O. Box 1108, Medford, OR 97501; by fax to 541-776-4376; or by e-mail to [email protected] . We’re sorry, but the volume of questions received prevents us from answering all of them.
