He was arrested by Central Point Police Tuesday for a parole violation, tampering with a witness. Doty is being held in Jackson County Jail without bail. Probation violation — Aubrey Danielle Fitzpatrick, 35, of the 500 block of Clover Lane, Ashland. She was arrested Tuesday for a probation violation, unlawful use of a weapon. Fitzpatrick is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Parole violation — Lucas Taylor Hothan, 29, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. He was arrested by Central Point Police Tuesday on a parole violation, unlawful delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and attempting to elude and for a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. Hothan is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Assault — Karey Ann Lindsey, 25, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Tuesday for fourth degree domestic abuse and for misdemeanor charges of harassment and a probation violation, second degree criminal mischief. Lindsey is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail. Warrant — Cierra Shay Powers, 26, no reported address. She was arrested Tuesday for a warrant issued by Josephine County. Powers is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
