Pilots, KFalls split doubleheader By Daily Tidings staff Jul 13, 2019 10:48 PM A A KLAMATH FALLS 11-1, ASHLAND 5-11: At Ashland, Rowann Amann scattered four hits and didn’t allow an earned run in a six-inning victory during Game 2 to help Ashland split an Area 4 twin bill in American Legion A action Saturday at North Mountain Park. The Pilots used a five-run surge in the first inning to set the tone in the nightcap. Cruz Dreiling and Michael Nixon each drove in a pair of runs in Game 2, while Amann was 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. In Game 1, Amann was 2-for-3 with one run and Ashland got RBI efforts from Eli Westrick, Tripp Repp and Dane Reynolds.
