Share it Nov 21, 2007 12:00 AM A A No matter what you celebrate this holiday season — Christmas, Hanukkah, Posada, New Year's Day — food is a key part of gatherings with family and friends. Dishes can define a tradition — golden fried Hanukkah latkes, saffron-scented Santa Lucia buns, Christmas cookies. They carry memories of past celebrations and the loved ones who prepare the holiday fare. The Mail Tribune wants to know what recipes make the holidays for you.
