Central Point police arrested Reynolds Sunday on a warrant charging possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail. Multiple charges — Todd Eugene Ragsdale, 45, Medford. Medford police arrested Ragsdale Saturday and added additional charges Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of hit-and-run, littering and driving while suspended, parole violation for fourth-degree assault and new charges of eluding police, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering and driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $40,000 bail. Sex abuse — Kristopher Jordan Anderson, 22, no address. Central Point police arrested Anderson Sunday on a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Crime reports Vandalism — Medford police are investigating nearly a dozen incidents in which anti-American, racist and inane words and phrases were chalked onto neighborhood sidewalks Sunday. Few details were available about the nature of the graffiti, which was left at addresses on Cedar Links Drive and Delta Waters Road. "Can you make a stellar cloud without me? Leave our stellar system now," read one statement. The incidents were reported between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sunday. Vandalism — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of $300 in vandalism to a vehicle at Modoc Road and Touvelle Road, White City at about 1 p.m. Sunday. Theft — Residents in the 8400 block of Table Rock Road, White City, reported $500 to $600 in items taken from two cars parked there Saturday night or Sunday morning. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the 1:30 p.m. Sunday report. Theft — Items valued at $600 were reported stolen from a resident in the 7500 block of Highway 62, White City, at about 11 p.m. Saturday. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the incident.
