Youth bowlers shine in league play Two youth bowlers had memorable days in Generation X League play at Lava Lanes this week. Eli Zurlinden of South Medford High rolled games of 269, 237 and 234 for a 736 series, while Bianca Montagnino of Ashland High had games of 234, 224 and 204 for a 662 series. Zurlinden is the 2001 Junior Bowler of the Year at Lava Lanes. In other bowling news, Medford's Don Pratt registered a 724 series in the Lava Lanes Mixed Senior League.
