Pacific Highway, Talent. Bianchini leaves the rear seat empty on his tandem to invite strangers to participate in his journey. The event will be preceded by appetizers and drinks from 5 to 6 p.m. and will be followed by a book signing, tandem rides and other activities. Sunday, September 20th at Flywheel Bicycle Solutions in Talent, Oregon for a truly captivating multimedia slideshow by author and intercultural adventure cyclist Jamie Bianchini. Jamie will share stunning photos, videos, music and inspirational stories captured on his 8-year, 81-country expedition around the world piloting a tandem bicycle solo while leaving the rear seat empty to invite total strangers to join the journey! Come early for a special “Mediterranean Happy Hour” with complementary homemade appetizers by Jamie’s Spanish wife, Cristina. Flywheel will offer happy hour beer specials with proceeds benefiting local cycling groups. Cold drinks, bikes, great food and epic stories.
