Phoenix police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Krebs Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, and misdemeanor warrants charging interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Bartell Donovan Jr., 55, of the 600 block of Eagle Mill Road, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Donovan Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for violating his parole on previous convictions for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and third-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Manslaughter — Necia Marie Hanson, 27, of the 2000 block of Lampman Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hanson Friday on felony charges of first- and second-degree manslaughter and felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Latesha Marie Garcia, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Garcia Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on misdemeanor charges of violating a no-contact order and providing false information to police. She was booked in the jail and released after posting bail. Theft — James Clair Chisholm, 59, no known address. Ashland police arrested Chisholm Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Conspiracy to Commit Robbery — Alejandro Manuel Morales, 26, of the 700 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Morales Saturday on a felony charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery, a misdemeanor charge of attempted third-degree robbery, and on a sanction for violating his probation on multiple first-degree theft convictions. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Conspiracy to Commit Robbery — Kandra Julee Towry, 23, of the 2000 block of Bradbury Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Towry Saturday on felony charges of conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery and heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of attempted third-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault and on a sanction for violating her probation on a first-degree theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Robbery — Bruce Eddie Franklin Jr., 34, of the 1000 block of Aspen Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Franklin Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in jail Saturday. Assault — Camejo Debus, 47, of the 300 block of Live Oak Loop, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Debus Saturday on felony charges of second- and third-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail. Attempted Elude — Kaiden Alexander Haight, 20, of the 2800 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Central Point police arrested Haight Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, endangering, reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on a detainer for a previous third-degree robbery charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Perry Carl Brotton, 43, of the 1600 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Brotton Saturday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous disorderly conduct charge and on an out-of-county warrant charging failure to appear in court on a meth-possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Vehicle Theft — Brianna Lee Rodenberg, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Rodenberg Saturday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Sexual Abuse — Patrick O'Ryan McShan, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McShan Saturday on warrants charging four felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two felony counts of first-degree sexual penetration, and two felony counts of first-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $200,000 bail. Drugs — Nicole Heavenly Ingraham, 32, of the 13200 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Ingraham Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of meth possession, providing false information to police, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail.
