Hoy appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Weapon possession — Christopher Allen Sheehan, 34, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Sheehan on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon and carrying a concealed knife. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $8,000 bail. Burglary — Jami Rae Mims, 27, of the 200 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Mims on charges of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Eric James Crenshaw, 28, no known street address, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Crenshaw on charges of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $40,000 bail. Assault — Chad Kavanaugh, 25, of the 1300 block of Iowa Street, Ashland. Ashland police Wednesday arrested Kavanaugh on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $8,000 bail. Assault — Robert Joseph Perez, 50, of the 200 block of West Rapp Road, Talent. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Perez on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $32,000 bail. Warrant — Richard Rocky Mendez, 20, of the 400 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Wednesday arrested Mendez on a California warrant charging him with first-degree robbery. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Tanya Elizabeth Fitzhugh, 36, of the 1200 block of Brookhurst Road, Medford. Fitzhugh appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of credit card fraud, two counts of second-degree theft and two counts of second-degree forgery. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Weapon possession, theft — Staci Crystine Lacomb, 30, of the 1700 block of Coquette Street, Medford. Central Point police Wednesday arrested Lacomb on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon, first-degree theft and first-degree attempted theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $14,000 bail. Assault — Joshua Scott Ricks, 21, of the 400 block of North Third Street, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Ricks on a charge of fourth-degree felony assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $14,000 bail. Kidnapping — Jonathan Allen Stewart, no known address. Ashland police Wednesday arrested Stewart on charges of first-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault, strangulation, interfering with a police report and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on more than $1 million bail.
