Ospreys charge into volleyball finals Updated: May 25, 2021 10:15 PM A A GRANTS PASS – The Rogue Community College volleyball team defeated Linn-Benton Tuesday in the semifinals of the Northwest Athletic Conference South Region championships. The Ospreys swept the match 25-13, 25-11, 25-22. After comfortable wins in the first two games, the Ospreys (10-3) had a battle on their hands in Game 3. Linn-Benton (10-5) found its stride and took an early five-point lead. RCC fought back to a 13-13 tie, then pulled ahead for good, 21-19. The Ospreys visits Lane (16-0) in Eugene Thursday for the South title.
