Medford police arrested Eason Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, menacing, harassment and interfering with police reports. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $41,000. Assault — Jeremy Troy Pace, 24, of the 200 block of Clark Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Pace Sunday on charges of fourth- degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault, and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $25,000. Fugitive — Shawn Ralph Canfield, 40, of Cheraw, Colo. Medford police arrested Canfield Sunday on a fugitive warrant from Texas charging him with parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Crime Reports Theft — 1100 block of East 11th Street, Medford. City police took a report Saturday of the theft of a compact-disc player and 100 CDs. The victim valued the missing property at $1,500. Burglary — 400 block of South Front Street, Medford. City police took a report Saturday of a residential burglary. The victim reported the loss of a Sony stereo system and miscellaneous jewelry, and valued the missing property at $3,600. Vehicle theft — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report of a stolen vehicle from a resident of the 1200 block of Maple Park Drive, Medford.
