Wohosky leads boxers to tourney title By KEVIN GOFF Bulldog Boxing of Medford won its fifth consecutive team championship Sunday at the Washington State Championships in Yakima, Wash. The 37-team tournament included some of the best amateur boxers from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. The Bulldogs had 11 champions and placed ahead of runner-up Tacoma and third-place West Portland. Troy Wohosky of the Bulldogs was named the outstanding junior boxer after winning the 13-14-year-old, 106-pound division. He defeated Victor Chavez of Yakima for the crown.
