Melena Kristine Kotsios, 32, of the 2000 block of Melody Lane, was jailed Friday on four counts of delivering a controlled substance to a minor, four counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. After spending the weekend behind bars, Kotsios was released Monday on her own recognizance, a jail spokeswoman said. Medford police say Kotsios provided alcohol and Percocet to four juveniles she oversaw while working at an OnTrack drug and alcohol residential treatment center in the 200 block of West Fifth Street in Medford. An investigation was launched after officials with the state Department of Human Services told investigators they suspected Kotsios had given drugs and alcohol to juveniles at the facility, police said. Kotsios lost her job with OnTrack on Nov. 10, police said. OnTrack Director Rita Sullivan did not immediately return a phone message Wednesday seeking comment on the incident.
