The presentation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Hannon Library’s Meese Room 305. Parking is available in the lot off of Indiana Street behind the Schneider Museum of Art. Skar will use the Siskiyou Wild Rivers area in southwestern Oregon as a case study for his talk. The area was the site of the 2002 Biscuit fire and is nowthe center of a national public land management debate. Joseph Vaile of the Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center will give a briefpresentation highlighting the biodiversity of theKlamath-Siskiyou region prior to the slideshow.
