Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Corso Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $8,000. Criminal mischief — Logan Leverette Vaughan, 18, 500 block of South Modoc Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Vaughan Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and failing to perform the duties of a motorist at an accident. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $8,000. Assault — James Alan Douglas II, 24, of the 13000 block of Perry Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Douglas Sunday on a charge of fourth-degree felony assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on bail of $5,000. Sex abuse — Sammy David Baszler, 41, of an undetermined address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Baszler Sunday on charges of violating terms of his parole on a first-degree sex abuse conviction and failing to register his address as a convicted sex offender. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
