Allred fires 1-under 70 on Nationwide Sep 17, 2010 12:00 AM A A BOISE, Idaho — Jason Allred shot a 1-under-par 70 in the first round of the Nationwide Tour's Albertsons Boise Open Thursday. Allred made it into the tournament through Monday qualifying. The Ashland native is tied for 76th place. Leader Cliff Kresge shot 63 and is followed a stroke back by Barrett Jarosch. Allred started on the back nine and made two birdies and two bogeys by the turn to remain even. He birdied Holes 2 and 3, both par 5s, on the his second nine to get into red figures, where he stayed.
