Schneider Museum features Latinx exhibits By Ashland Tidings staff Oct 22, 2019 12:50 PM A A Fall exhibits at Southern Oregon University’s Schneider Museum of Art will feature a variety of works by Latinx artists. The exhibits also include masterpieces currently on loan to the museum, according to a press release. Featured artists include Las Vegas artist Justin Favela, Portland artist Victor Maldonado, and Judithe Hernandez and Frank Romero prints from the Self Help Graphics & Art collection in Los Angeles. The fall exhibits will be on display at the museum, 555 Indiana St., Ashland, through Saturday, Dec. 14. The museum is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free, but a $5 donation is suggested. An opening reception for the fall exhibits is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 at the museum.
