November 05. 2014 1:23PM Community Health Center plans to change name Community Health Center in Medford plans to change its name to Rogue Community Health by spring 2015. A news release from the health center says the change is being made to give the nonprofit facility "its own distinct identity among 9,000 other community health centers nationwide." "This change reflects our deepening commitment to serve patients throughout the Rogue Valley who face financial, geographical, cultural or other barriers to accessing the health care system," COO William North said in a prepared statement. This will actually be the second name change to the center.
