Low-cost vaccination clinic set at Jackson County Animal Shelter Nov 11, 2014 12:00 AM A A The Jackson County Animal Shelter will hold a low-cost vaccination clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at 5595 S. Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Rabies and distemper vaccinations will be offered for $10, and nail trims will be offered for $5. Only cash will be accepted. Pets that are ill, on antibiotics, in heat, or on cortisone products cannot be vaccinated. Dog licenses also will be available for purchase.
