Children’s Advocacy Center to host net safety webinar Thursday By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Nov 17, 2021 10:20 AM A A Children’s Advocacy Center will host a net safety webinar on Thursday. [123RF.com photo] The Children’s Advocacy Center of Jackson County will host a free webinar for parents to help protect their children from cyberbullies and online predators. A federal agent involved with the multi-agency Southern Oregon Child Exploitation Task Force will present a free “Internet Safety Training“ webinar for parents and guardians at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, via Zoom. The Homeland Security Investigations agent will discuss a variety of online safety topics that include cyber bullying, inappropriate content, predators and revealing too much information.
