Oregon State Police troopers Wednesday arrested Lohbeck on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $2 million bail. Drugs — Rhonda Sue Norton, 19, of the 11100 block of Butte Falls Highway, Butte Falls. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Norton on a warrant charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail then released to avoid overcrowding. Burglary — Ronald James Coutee, 49, of the 5000 block of Delmar Road, Central Point. A Central Point police officer Wednesday arrested Coutee on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing and second-degree attempted theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Jon Goergen, 20, of the 3400 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Goergen appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Mylei Ann Reed, 36, of the 200 block of Corcoran Lane, Central Point. Reed appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with delivery of amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Vandalism — Colestine Road and Mount Ashland Ski Road. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday took a report of vandalism in which $2,000 worth of damage was done to a radar site. Theft — 2600 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a set of golf clubs and golf bag valued at $1,500 were stolen. Burglary — 1300 block of Myers Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a business and took $180 from a vending machine.
