Downtown merchants to discuss EID Nov 03, 2014 12:00 AM A A An Economic Improvement District and what it means to revitalization efforts will be the topic of a gathering of the Metro Medford Downtown Association at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5. The session will be held in the second-floor conference room of the Woolworth Building, 33 N. Central Ave. Executive Director Diane Raymond said the organization is seeking feedback as it shares details of a new improvement district proposal.
