He was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear for two counts of second-degree burglary, a fugitive warrant issued in Arizona and misdemeanors. Carnley is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Drugs — Deverne Austin Carson, 56, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended or revoked license and misdemeanors. Carson is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail. Burglary — Jessy Eugene Cullmer, 44, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. Strangulation — Marcus Anthony Hooten, 32, of the 1900 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for strangulation pertaining to domestic violence, coercion and misdemeanors. Hooten is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $25,000 bail. Eluding — Robbery Gene Morgan Jr., 62, of the 16100 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. He was arrested by Eagle Point police Wednesday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and misdemeanors. Morgan was released on his own recognizance. Mail theft — Jose Guadalupe Noriega-Espinoza, 26, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for mail theft, five counts of failing to appear for five counts of mail theft and one count of unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanors and a probation violation. Noriega-Espinoza is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Drugs — David Ramirez-Garcia, 30, of the 100 block of Huston Road, Phoenix. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Ramirez-Garcia was released on his own recognizance. Unlawful weapon use — Gregory Robert Ryan, 39, no reported address, Ashland. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Ryan was released on his own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Jonathan David Stowe, 40, no reported address. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday for two counts of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor. Stowe is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $60,000 bail, much of which stems from earlier charges. Drugs — Oscar Zaragoza, 34, of the 200 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Zaragoza was bailed out of the Jackson County Jail. Assault — Joshua Jinghao Ziegler, 19, of the 3600 block of South Pacific Highway. Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Ziegler is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $150,000 bail.
