Medford police arrested Valensia early Thursday on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Everardo Garcia Lopez, 37, no address listed. Medford police arrested Garcia late Wednesday on a charge of being in the country illegally. He faced an added charge Thursday of possession of amphetamine and was held in jail without bail. Sex offender — Gary Howard Oliva, 38, no address listed. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Oliva Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was jailed on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Hayden Ryan Von Dehn, 20, no permanent address. Medford police arrested Von Dehn Thursday on charges of delivery and manufacture of amphetamine. He was jailed on $100,000 bail. Warrant — Cyrus George Keagy, 33, of the 600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Central Point police arrested Keagy Thursday on warrants charging him with possession of amphetamine and failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while suspended. He was jailed on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Steven Michael Swanson, 49, of the 800 block of Woodbridge Drive, Medford. Swanson appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamine and heroin and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Dean Robert Long, 45, of the 5600 block of Gebhard Road, Central Point. Long appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamine. He was booked in jail and released. Crime reports Stolen vehicle — Medford police Thursday received a report that a 1998 Honda Accord with Oregon license plate WKA-065 was stolen from the 100 block of South Front Street, Medford. Stolen vehicle — Ashland police Thursday received a report that a 1987 Toyota 4-Runner with Oregon license plate 253AKZ was stolen from Morton and Ashland streets, Ashland. Burglary — Sheriff’s deputies Thursday received a report that a camper at Willow Prairie Campground was burglarized. Miscellaneous items with a $637 value were reported stolen.
