Eagle Point police Monday arrested Morse on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Glenn Douglas Abney, Jr., 21, no known address. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Abney on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Sean Saipani Ellis, 24, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Ellis on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failing to appear on a third-degree theft charge. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Robert Vincent Jones, 28, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Jones on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was was lodged Monday in jail on $30,000 bail. Sex-offender registration — Thomas Carl Ruth, 48, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Ruth on charges of failure to register as a sex offender, possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous sex-offender registration conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Robbery — Joseph Paul Hinojosa, 35, of the first block of Meadow Lane, Shady Cove. Medford police Monday arrested Hinojosa on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree theft, menacing and interfering with a police report. He was lodged Monday in jail on more than $1 million bail. Drugs — Zachary Bruce May, 29, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested May on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespass, interfering with a police report and for violating the conditions of his parole from a previous felony driving while suspended conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Amber Dawne Russell, 27, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Russell on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail on $14,000 bail. Sex-offender registration — Damian James Probst, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Probst on charges of failing to register as a sex offender, third-degree theft and for violating the conditions of his probation from a previous conviction of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Jessica Marie Silva, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Silva on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of contraband and failure to appear on a contempt charge. She was lodged Monday in jail on $19,000 bail.
