A Medford police officer Friday arrested Wray on six counts of identity theft, five counts of first-degree theft, five counts of first-degree forgery, possession of amphetamines, second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $98,000 bail. Drugs — Kathryn Richelle Dahl, 20, of the 2500 block of Fontaine Circle, Medford. Jackson County community corrections officers Friday arrested Dahl on charges of possession of amphetamines, supplying contraband and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Failure to report — Sven Xerxes Blanz, 18, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Blanz on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Ramona Dawn Beers, 38, of the 800 block of Elk Creek Road, Trail. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Beers on a warrant charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $6,890 bail. Drugs, theft — Arnold John Oden, 23, of the first block of Western Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Oden on charges of possession of amphetamines, theft of lost or mislaid property and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $13,000 bail.
