Former Ashland standout Allred slips to 43rd at Bayonet Nov 19, 2010 12:00 AM A A SEASIDE, Calif. — After opening with a 3-under 69, Jason Allred stumbled at a second stage PGA Tour qualifying school tournament on Thursday. The former Ashland golfer is tied for 43rd place at 1-over after finishing with a 76 at Bayonet Golf Course. Allred, who had four bogeys and triple-bogeyed the 13th hole, was tied for eighth after Wednesday's round. Kent Jones of Albuquerque, N.M., is in first after firing a second-round 65.
