Ashland police reports, July 6-9 By Local Report Jul 09, 2018 09:19 PM A A Friday, 1:31 a.m. – Ashland Police arrested a woman on two warrants on the 1200 Block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 11:15 a.m. – Ashland Police cited a man for prohibited use of marijuana in public in the 0 block of Winburn Way. Friday, 1:31 p.m. – Ashland Police cited a man for drinking in public on the 200 block of Water Street. Friday, 1:57 p.m. – Ashland Police cited a man for an open container on the 0 block of E. Main Street. Friday, 4:29 – Ashland Police cited a woman for prohibited use of marijuana in public. Saturday, 12:39 a.m. – Ashland Police took a report of a car break-in on Greenmeadows Way near Lupine Drive. An investigation led to the arrest of a woman for providing false information to a peace officer, unlawful possession of methamphetamines and supplying contraband. A man was identified as the suspect for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, theft, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, trespass and interfering with a peace officer. Case is under investigation. Saturday, 12:59 a.m. – Ashland Police arrested a man for unlawful possession of methamphetamine at Will Dodge Way and N. Pioneer Street. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Saturday, 10:54 a.m. – Ashland Police arrested a woman for third-degree theft and a detention warrant on the 900 block of E. Main St. Saturday, 11:45 a.m. – Ashland Police cited a man for prohibited skateboarding on the 200 block of Water Street. Saturday, 1:38 p.m. - Ashland Police cited a juvenile for tobacco use on the front lawn of Lithia Park. Saturday, 5:03 p.m. – Ashland Police took a report of theft from a motor vehicle on the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 5:44 p.m. – Ashland Police took a report of theft on the 300 block of Oak St. Saturday, 9:26 p.m. – Ashland Police arrested a man for DUII – alcohol. The man was driving on Lithia Way near N. Pioneer Street when he hit a parked vehicle causing severe damage. He was cited and released to family. Sunday, 1:21 a.m. – Ashland Police responded to an assault report of attempted murder on the 200 block of Wimer Street, Apt. 28. Sunday, 2:22 a.m. – Ashland police lodged a man in jail for resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct at 137 E. Main Street. The man attempted to fight people at a bar. Sunday, 1:09 p.m. – Ashland police took a theft report from Suds Ur Duds on the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Sunday, 2:23 p.m. – Ashland police responded to a theft report on the 200 block of N. 1st Street. Sunday, 5:10 p.m. – A citizen turned in a found passport on the 1100 block of E. Main Street. Sunday, 6:35 – A backpack was found on the 0 block of N. Main Street. Monday, 12:06 a.m. – Ashland Police arrested and lodged a man in jail on an out of country warrant on the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Monday, 1:21 a.m. – Ashland Police lodged a man in jail for an outstanding warrant, charging failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Ashland Oregon Police Badge
