Medford police arrested Holt Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft and possession of a concealed knife. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $33,000 bail. Burglary — Brett Devon Burns, 27, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Burns Friday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, third-degree escape, second-degree criminal mischief and theft of service. Jackson County Circuit Court additionally charged Burns Friday with felony counts of methamphetamine possession and third-degree robbery, misdemeanor charges of menacing, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $150,000 bail. Theft — David Michael Higley, 34, of the 1700 block of Johnson Street, Medford. Medford and Ashland police arrested Higley Friday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a weapon and fourth-degree assault. Jackson County Circuit Court additionally charged Higley Friday with a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of interfering with making a report and harassment. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Phillip Ryan Schmidt, 39, of the 2400 block of Lyman Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Schmidt Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on an out-of-county warrant charging evidence tampering in violation of a release agreement. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Jenna Jordyn Foote, 20, of the 500 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. On Friday, Foote made her initial court appearance on one felony count of first-degree burglary and three felony counts of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Terry Keith Webber, 28, of the 1800 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Webber Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on a warrant charging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $27,000 bail. Drugs — Alex Kool Harrington, 32, of the 1400 block of Elm Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Harrington Friday on a felony charge of heroin possession, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, and on warrants charging failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Andrea Denise Linn, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Linn Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for violating her probation on a misdemeanor stalking conviction. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Burglary — Raymond William Mathes, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Mathes Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft of services, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Crime report Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 9:05 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Beatty Street. The vehicle's hood was reportedly smashed, creased and dented. The damage was valued at $1,500.
