Medford police arrested Peterson on Monday on two charges of failing to report as a sex offender. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail. Forgery, identity theft — Jonathan David Smith, 36, of the 400 block of South Fir Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith on Monday on charges of first-degree forgery, identity theft, attempted unlawful delivery of a marijuana item and a parole or probation violation for a previous conviction of unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. He was lodged in jail without bail. Emergency Services handcuffed.jpg
