Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend November 9, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Vehicle theft — Donald Raymond Martin, 32, of the 400 block of Rolling Hills Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Martin on four counts of hit-and-run, four counts of endangering a minor, driving with a suspended license, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and on a probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Burglary, theft — Marcus Allen Carter, 33, of the 400 block of Berrydale Street, Medford. Central Point Police Tuesday arrested Carter on a charge of theft of services, three counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft and three counts of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $38,000 bail. Drugs — Gabriel Anad Bryant, 23, of the 1100 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. Bryant appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacture, delivery and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Tampering — Bernadette Harrington, 45, of the 100 block of Vincent Avenue, Central Point. Harrington appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with tampering with drug records. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Charles Allen Hughes, 42, of the 100 block of North Peach Street, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday arrested Hughes on charges of first-degree theft and second- degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs, child neglect — Michael Alan Edward Ogorman, 26, of the 1300 block of North Edmonds Drive, Carson City, Nev. Ogorman appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with four counts of delivery of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and first-degree child neglect. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Eric Ray Rice, 20, of the 1200 block of Willow Lane, Grants Pass. Rice appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Cassandra Faye Espinosa-Hite, 19, of the 500 block of J Street, Medford. Espinosa-Hite appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with delivery of a controlled substance near a school, two counts of manufacturing methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
