Medford police arrested Evans Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior attempted first-degree assault conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Ronald Jim Milhoan, 56, of the 1300 block of West Stewart Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Milhoan Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine and driving while suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior meth manufacturing conviction. He was held in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Tara Louise Colombe, 29, of the 300 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Colombe Friday on a felony charge of delivering heroin, a misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing heroin and violating her probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. She was held in jail Friday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Vincent Charles Denisi, 64, of Portland. Ashland police arrested Denisi Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was held in jail Friday on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Jacob Grant Sather, 32, of the 900 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Sather Friday on a felony charge of delivering heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of possessing heroin and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was held in jail Friday on $35,000 bail. Weapon Use — Norman Paul Thompson, 43, of the 600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Thompson Friday on two felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Friday on $27,500 bail.
