Isola grand slam lifts Rogues Jun 16, 2017 12:00 AM A A Alex Isola's walk-off grand slam lifted the Medford Rogues to a 6-4 win over the Portland Pickles during Great West League play at Harry & David Field on Thursday. The Rogues (10-5) trailed 4-2 before Isola's two-out blast in the ninth sealed the three-game sweep. Davis Delorefice, Clay Valenzuela-Reece and Johnny DeLaCruz came home on the big swing. Isola finished 2-for-5 with four RBIs. Bobby Wood earned the win after allowing one hit and one run — a solo homer in the ninth — with five strikeouts in two innings against Portland (6-9).
