Medford police arrested King Thursday on charges of racketeering, unlawfully altering metal property, aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday after posting bond. Attempted assault — Juan Carlos Rodriguez, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Rodriguez Thursday on 2018 warrants charging him with attempted first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the jail Thursday and was no longer an inmate as of Tuesday. Elude — Ted Bishop Jensen, 40, of the 600 block of Catherine Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jensen Friday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving, misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine delivery conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Identity theft — Kashmir Lynn Rusk, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Rusk Friday on warrants charging her with identity theft, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, providing false information to police, failing to appear in court on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for violating her probation on a prior misdemeanor methamphetamine possession conviction. She was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Attempted assault — Dennis Justin Oehme, 48, of the 3100 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Oehme Saturday on charges of attempted second-degree assault constituting domestic violence, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, a Medford Municipal Court warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a previous charge of harassment and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior coercion conviction. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Theft — Allen Totten Behrle, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Behrle Sunday on charges of first-degree theft and a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in jail and released Sunday. Weapon use — Rocael M. Cazares, 34, of the first block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cazares Sunday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Thomas William Contento, 42, of the 300 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Contento Sunday on charges of manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule I controlled substance. He was held in jail Tuesday. Impaired driving — Brian Charles Hayes, 45, of Yreka, California. Medord police arrested Hayes Sunday on charges of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants, felony driving while suspended or revoked and reckless driving. He was booked in jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Assault — Alyssa Denise Buswell, 39, of the 3300 block of Alameda Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Buswell Monday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. She was booked in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance.
