Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Otwaska on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of harassment, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and two misdemeanor charges of endangering. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $20,000 bail. DUII — Craig Lee Fox, 44, of the 700 block of Glendale Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police Friday arrested Fox on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor charges of hit and run, driving while suspended and reckless driving. He was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Shallone Michael Sheets, 30, of the 49800 block of McKenzie Highway, Leaburg. Central Point police Friday arrested Sheets on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for an out-of-county warrant for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Matthew James Pearson, 26, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Pearson on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, and for parole violation on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Sex Offender — Jeremy Ray Rasmussen, 29, of the 800 block of Justice Road, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Rasmussen on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender and misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree trespassing, attempted first-degree trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Friday on $17,000 bail. Public Indecency — Justin Carl Fakes, 33, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Fakes on a felony warrant charging public indecency. He was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Iain Curtis Killingsworth, 33, of the 800 block of Cedar Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Killingsworth on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for two failure to appear warrants for methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Friday on $35,000 bail.
