Jameson appeared Friday in Circuit Court on four counts of aggravated first-degree theft, four counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Christa Rachelle Larson-Smith, 34, of the 900 block of Crest Drive, Central Point. Larson-Smith appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Timothy Joseph Nunez, 52, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Nunez on charges of unlawful use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Asia Marie Cady, 28, of the 800 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Cady appeared Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Theft — Toni Gail Crippen, 50, of the 200 block of Arnwood Drive, Medford. Crippen appeared Friday in Circuit Court on eight counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Forgery — Jacob Tristan Kauffman, 30, of the 700 block of Summer Glen Road, Medford. A Medford police officer late Thursday arrested Kauffman on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released Friday afternoon on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Barbara Jane Simpson, 51, of the first block of Rose Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer late Thursday arrested Simpson on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Burglary — 7200 block of Foley Lane, Gold Hill. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and took $200 worth of items. Theft — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a theft of a Bushmaster rifle valued at $1,200. Burglary — 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a burglary in which someone broke a window to enter a home and stole medicine. Damage was estimated at $140. Theft — Intersection of Crater Lake Highway and Delta Waters Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a theft in which someone entered a vehicle and stole a portable ice-maker valued at $849.
