She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bail. Drugs —  Timothy Andrew Krueger, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Krueger on charges of failing to register as a sex offender, a parole violation, failure to appear for failing to register as a sex offender, oxycodone possession in a school zone, driving under the influence of oxycodone, endangering and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail on bail of $85,000. Identity theft  —  John David Lewis, 29, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Lewis on two counts of identity theft, and a probation violation. He was jailed without bail. Theft —  David Michael Garrett, 34, of the 600 block of Berrydale Ave., Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Garrett on a charge of first-degree theft, a parole violation. He was jailed without bail. DUII —  Wyatt Allen Cady, 21, the 800 block of Garfield St., Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Cady on a charge of  driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked and released on his own recognizance. Theft —  Kimberly Ann McNichols, 36, of the 300 block of Queens Branch Road, Rogue River. Eagle Point police Tuesday arrested McNichols, on a charge of second-degree theft, a probation violation. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs —  Toby Jo Nigrelli, 40, of the 300 block of S. 4th St., Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Nigrelli on charges of methamphetamine possession, a probation violation, and custody violation. He was jailed without bail. Burglary —  Jordan Scott Andres, 23, of the 200 block of W. McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Andres on a charge of first-degree burglary, a parole violation. He was jailed without bail. DUII —   Kristina Paulette Williams, 44, of the 1800 block of Nancy Ave., Central Point. Central Point police Tuesday arrested Williams on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.  Drugs — Ozzie Olearie Allen, 25, of the 700 block of Diamond St., Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Allen on a charge of heroin distribution. He was booked and released on his own recognizance.  DUII —  Joseph Edison Sowers, 65, of the 400 block of Worthingon Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Sowers on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a probation violation. He was booked and released on his own recognizance. Drugs —  Duane Deshawn King, 24, of the 200 block of W. Jackson St., Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested King on a charge of methamphetamine possession, a probation violation. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs —  Michael Joseph Atwood, 50, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Atwood on charges of methamphetamine possession, interfering with a police officer, and disorderly conduct. He was jailed on $40,000 bail. Drugs —  Alex Roy Martinez, 40, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Martinez on a charge of methamphetamine possession, a parole violation. He was jailed without bail. Theft —  Stephen Daniel Coder, 30, no known address, Medford police Tuesday arrested Coder on two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail. Theft — Kristin Nicole Parashis, 28, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Parashis on a charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary —  Cleatus William Bigelow, 24, of the 1500 block of Crater Lake Ave., Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Bigelow on a charge of second-degree burglary, a parole violation. He was jailed without bail.
