He was booked Tuesday in jail and released. Drugs — Jessica Dawn McKessy, 38, of the 3800 block of Andrews Road, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested McKessy on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine and for failing to appear on six previous drug charges. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Candy Marie Wentz, 52, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Wentz on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail on more than $1 million bail. Assault — Jared David Watson, 27, no known address. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Watson on charges of third-degree and fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was lodged Tuesday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Bonita L. Burnett, 60, of the 400 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Burnett on warrants charging her with possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. She was lodged Tuesday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Nicole Heavenly Ingraham, 32, of the 13200 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Medford police Tuesday arrested Ingraham on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and failing to appear on previous charges. She was lodged Tuesday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Manuel Jarome Parks, 39, of the 300 block of West Clark Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Parks on charges of possession of methamphetamine, furnishing false information to police and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Tuesday in jail without bail. Burglary — Freddie Lee Dunbar Jr., 43, of the 3200 block of Library Avenue, White City. Dunbar made his initial court appearance Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary, coercion, and first-degree trespass. He was booked Tuesday in jail and released. Sex abuse — Kyle William Roberts, 19, of the 200 block of North First Street, Talent. Roberts made his initial appearance Tuesday in court on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Dee Dee Conner, 44, no address available. Oregon State Police troopers Tuesday arrested Conner on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged Tuesday in jail on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Lynette M. Adams, 33, no known address. OSP troopers Tuesday arrested Adams on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine and an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear on a contempt charge. She was lodged Tuesday in jail on $30,500 bail.
